Stabilizing trends prevailed on Thursday at the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE). The General Index closed at 133.65 points, showing a negligible drop of 0.01%. Since the beginning of September, the market has lost 1.2% after the significant 16.3% recorded in August. The daily value of transactions was €217,740.
The FTSE/CySE 20 Index closed at 81.17 points, also recording negligible losses of 0.02%.

Of the individual stock market indices, the Main Market gained 0.21% and the Investment Companies gained 0.66%.
On the contrary, the Alternative Market recorded a decrease of 0.51% and Hotels remained unchanged.
The Bank of Cyprus securities attracted the most investment interest with €62,929 ( closing price €2.95 – down 0.34%), of Vassilikos Cement with €40,469 (closing price €3.08 – down 1.28%), of Dimitra Invest with €35,336 (closing price €0.745 – up 0, 68%), Logicom at €21,637 (closing price €2.98 – no change) and Blue Island at €17,882 (closing price €0.89 – down 2.20%).
