The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises Cypriot citizens intending to travel to Iran that, due to recent developments in the region, they should avoid all travel to the country.
Cypriot citizens in the country are advised to remain alert and closely monitor developments and information from international and local media and implement maximum security measures.
