The former co-presenter of Radio Arvylas, Stathis Panagiotopoulos, was sentenced to 5 years in prison with a three-year suspension by the Criminal Court of Thessaloniki, for posting videos with personal moments, without the consent of his partner.
Stathis Panagiotopoulos was also fined 10,000 euros, while he should appear at the relevant police station on the first five days of the month.
He was also imposed the condition of being banned from leaving the country, while he will be supervised by a social worker.
It is noted that the presenter did not give the “present” in the trial.
What the girl's side asked for
At the beginning of the trial, the 30-year-old's lawyer asked to be held behind closed doors and was accepted by the other party.
He also asked the presenter to refer him for a criminal form of breach of personal data – citing as evidence the moral damage suffered by the 30-year-old
However, the prosecutor suggested that the trial start in the criminal court and, if a crime is found in the real facts, then to be referred for a crime.
The proposal was accepted by the headquarters.
