The Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance (YEPKA), through the Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA), announced the third call for applications from services / organizations under the “Special Vocational Training Plan for Unemployed Organized Organizations” Sector, Local Authorities, Non-Governmental Organizations and Non-Profit Institutions “(hereinafter” Plan “).
The Plan aims at the acquisition of vocational training and work experience of the unemployed while providing opportunities to Services / Organizations of the Public and wider Public sector, the Local Authorities (ATA), the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), as well as the Non-Governmental Organizations. Character to utilize appropriate human resources through the implementation of vocational training and work experience programs, lasting four months (16 weeks).
Please note that the services / organizations that applied with the previous invitations, can submit a new application offering additional training opportunities to the unemployed, provided that they do not exceed the maximum number of training opportunities offered. For the training opportunities that have already been offered by services / organizations and it was not possible to transform them into placements, a new effort will be made to match them with the unemployed.
