On April 5, 2023, Wednesday, at 5:00 p.m., at the central offices of the KEBE, BPW Cyprus announced the Mentorship program entitled 'Ingredients of success and synergies for the successful woman' professional'. The program sessions will be held during May 2023.
The program aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs, experienced professionals as well as young women, who are taking the first steps in their careers, through an experiential and transformative experience. welcomed this initiative of the BPW English Speaking Club under the guidance of its President, Ralukas Ioana Man, and emphasized the importance of having such programs for the development of professionals and by extension their businesses.
Raluka Ioana Mann, lecturer of the Mentorship Program, will be a mentor in the Personal Image, Leadership and Public Speaking sessions. Vaso Vardaki and Branka van der Linden will talk to us about Leadership and the elements required to reach success. Phaidonas Karapatakis will show us everything we need to know about the financial planning of the business and also of our personal life. Finally, Sandra Da Silva together with Raluca Ioana Mann will share with us the secrets of a dynamic speech.
Raluca Ioana Mann thanked BPW Cyprus for supporting this idea as well as the Commission of Young and all local BPWs including the BPW English Speaking Club, of which he is president. He also thanked the mentors Vasso Vardakis, Branka van der Linden, Pheidon Karapatakis and Sandra Da Silva for their excellent cooperation, all the members of BPW Cyprus for their continuous support, the ΚΕΒΕΝ for providing the venue for the program meetings, as well as the Makkas Winery for offering wines at the end of the event.
