Today, Friday January 27, 2023, at Aphrodite Hills Resort, the first two-day CNP CYPRIALIFE Sales Force Training Day for 2023 is being held with particular success.
The two-day event includes educational topics, activities for the Sales Network, an honorary partner award dinner and lots of fun. More than 320 Insurance Consultants from all over Cyprus are participating, as well as executives of the Company's Administrative staff.
The thematic title “Superheroes of Life!”, reflects the role and position of the Company's insurance consultants at the side of its insured, next to their every need. It characterizes the dynamism and the will to distinguish the network of partners of CNP CYPRIALIFE, after an extremely productive year as it was in 2022.
In his greeting, the First Executive Director of CNP CYPRUS INSURANCE HOLDINGS Group, Mr. Takis Phidias, thanked the people of the CNP CYPRIALIFE Sales Network who give their best, going beyond the limits, as real “Superheroes of Life!”
Mr. Phidias emphasized that “in these difficult times we want to feel more confident in the unexpected and uncertain everyday life. It is here that the value, meaning and essence of insurance emerges more strongly. It is here that the reliability, professionalism and integrity of our network is confirmed every day.” To conclude that “we exist for a very simple, but also very important reason. We exist to provide security to as many people as possible who need it.
The General Manager of CNP CYPRIALIFE Ms. Andreani Kallimachou welcomed the DREAM TEAM of CNP CYPRIALIFE, expressing great satisfaction for the productive achievements of the Company's people in 2022, which she presented along with the Company's strategy for 2023. She also expressed warm thanks to both to the Insurance Advisors as well as to the staff of CNP CYPRIALIFE for their hard work and dedication, as for yet another year they exceeded all previous ones and became “Superheroes of Life” in 2022 as well.
Sales Director Mr. Giorgos Gogou, in his main message, emphasized the soul power that permeates the Sales Force, analyzing the productive results of 2022. He thanked the Company's Insurance Consultants for their excellent performance and set the tone for the continuation by announcing the sales strategy for 2023 .
The official guest speaker for the Conference was Mr. Anthony Matthews, an Irish public speaker who is an actor, singer and a leading member of MDRT, a global independent association of over 72,000 leading life insurance professionals. With the participants he shared methods and techniques to better facilitate and serve the daily needs of the company's customers. to the entrepreneur of today, but also of tomorrow, who by utilizing technological tools can make the role of the Insurance Consultant more important and relevant.
