The Center for Social Innovation (CSI) is very pleased to announce the launch of the ProWell electronic educational platform, which was made in the framework of the European program of the same name.
The platform was designed with the aim of supporting the mental health of children and adolescents during crises, through the appropriate training of teachers.
The training platform includes seven training modules, digital tools and assessment quizzes designed to be used by teachers and non-formal learning trainers to enhance their knowledge and skills in mental health issues. Through the platform's digital learning environment, educators will learn to spot early signs of mental health difficulties, and receive practical guidance on how to support children and adolescents in crisis situations and where to turn if there is a need for further support help.
Access to the platform is available free of charge in seven languages: English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish and Croatian.
During February, which is also the last month of the programme, all partners will organize a day in their countries, with the aim of disseminating the project and raising public awareness at national level.
ProWell is a two-year European program (01/03/2021 – 28/02/2023 ), funded by the ERASMUS+ program of the European Union, in which organizations from 7 European countries participate: Technische Universitaet Dresden, Germany (project coordinator), Prolepsis Institute (Greece), Center for Social Innovation (Cyprus), Osengo (France), Institut Drustvenih Znanosti Ivo Pilar (Croatia), Associazione Tages Onlus (Italy) and University of Valencia Polibienestar (Spain).
