The Green Points of Nicosia now have a Telephone Service Line for the citizens of the province. The purpose of the Service Line is to provide citizens with the opportunity to communicate directly with the management of the Green Points, with the ultimate goal of better serving the public and improving the services provided.
Since February of 2023 the citizens of the Nicosia district can contact the administration of the Green Points at the number 77 11 12 16, from Monday to Friday (8-00 am to 3-30 pm ). Through the Service Line they can:
- Be informed about the opening hours of the Green Points
- Learn about the types of waste accepted by the Green Points.
- They convey complaints and suggestions directly to the management of the Green Points.
- They are connected by phone with each Green Point for the fastest service.
The Council for the Exploitation of Spaces for the Disposal and Utilization of Households Nicosia District Waste – which also has the responsibility of managing the dogs of the province – proceeded to create this Service Line in the context of the continuous effort to upgrade the quality of services to citizens.
