With the new decree issued yesterday by the Minister of Health, the regulations for partial relief of those who rent professional premises are activated. Specifically, as stated in the decree:
· The amount of rent is not paid to the state and public law bodies, as provided in the current rental contracts, corresponding to the months of January and February of 2021, and / or February and March of 2021 in cases where the January 2021, by companies and / or self-employed persons who are on full suspension of work, including companies and / or self-employed persons who are on full suspension but may provide services with home delivery and / or take away

· The obligation to pay 70% of the amount of rent corresponding to the months of January and February 2021, and / or February and March of 2021 is temporarily suspended in cases where the rent of January 2021 has already been paid, which is paid to property owners for the purpose of professional employment by companies and / or self-employed persons who are under full suspension of work, provided that this amount is compulsorily paid in equal amounts within the next twelve months, ie by February 2022 at the latest.
