The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) invites interested parties to submit bids for the provision of cleaning and maintenance services of its building and the surrounding area for a period of 54 months. The contract award will be carried out by open procedure and the award criterion was defined as the most economically advantageous tender based on the best value for money. The estimated value of the contract was set at € 967,500 excluding VAT.
Interested parties can receive the Tender Documents from 11/02/2022 to 15/03/2022 in electronic form from the Bank's website, by clicking here. Subsequently, the bodies are invited to send by e-mail to epitropiagoron@centralbank.cy with the subject “Tender 01/2022 – Provision of Cleaning and Maintenance Services of the CBC Building”, contact details (contact name, address, telephone and fax numbers The Bank will not be liable for any liability in the event that an interested party either does not declare at all or declares incorrect contact details, as a result of which it does not receive any additional information or clarifications about the Tender.
Tenders must be addressed to the Central Bank of Cyprus and submitted to the tender box of the Procurement Committee, room 018 no later than 15/03/2022 at 14:00 in sealed envelopes in accordance with the terms contained in its Documents Competition.
