The 17-year-old national guard returned to Cyprus this afternoon by air ambulance had been transferred in mid-July, urgently to a university hospital in Paris for hospitalization.

As informed by the Cyprus Times, the 17-year-old is being treated at the Nicosia Hospital with his state of health to be characterized as good.
He will be kept for monitoring and recovery and will not need a liver transplant.
It is recalled that the 17-year-old was transferred to the July 15 at the Paul-Brousse University Hospital after he had been intubated in the ICU of the Nicosia hospital, after feeling unwell and losing consciousness.
