28.44% of the share capital of Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company is controlled by the 4 major shareholders of the company, according to an announcement, which was made public on the CSE.
Lamesa Investments Limited has the largest percentage, amounting to 9.27%, while CarVal Investors holds 8.60%.
Senvest and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) also exceed the 5% barrier with rates of 5.53% and 5.02% respectively.
