Richard Flower, 60 years old from the United Kingdom, a former resident of Paphos, died in a fatal road collision that occurred yesterday afternoon on Chlorakas Avenue in Paphos.
The road collision happened around 6.30 in the afternoon, when under circumstances that are being investigated, a car driven by a 75-year-old man on the above avenue, ran over and fatally injured the 60-year-old man, who at that time was trying to cross the road.
< p> As part of the investigation into the causes of the fatal road collision, the Police proceeded on the basis of a court warrant to arrest the 75-year-old driver.
The Paphos Traffic Police is continuing the investigations.
