As it became known the day before yesterday, the choice of Dusan Kerkez to strengthen the offensive line of AEL is Romario Balde. He is a 24-year-old striker from Guinea-Bissau, who was promoted to the Benfica academies and then played in Tondela, Lechia Gdansk (Poland), Akademika, Jill Vidente and Leisoes, where he played on loan.
The big bet, however, for both Balde himself and Kerkez, is when the footballer will be able to help AEL practically. And this is because Balde has been playing for almost 11 months, since his last participation was last March. So he will have to run a lot to prepare and help his team in the crucial games that follow.
