Because throwing one or two objects inside the field of play is not an innocent act. These are misdemeanors and offenses and those in charge are called upon to take the necessary actions and send a message that there is no tolerance. However, what happens every time there are serious off-field incidents cannot be easily explained. On the occasion of these incidents, some say that the institution of the fan card has failed and try to argue.
