-key=”zvyck”>The National Commemoration of the Fallen of Pomos during the Second World War 1940-1945, the Battles of Tellyria in 1964, the coup d'état and the Turkish invasion of 1974 was held today Sunday at the Holy Church of Agios Eupsychios in Pomos , Savva Antoniou Kazalis, Andreas Orphanidis, Evangelos Roussou, Chrysantho Dionysiou, Sotiris Ioannou and Georgiou Michael. Archimandrite Ioannis and the memorial speech was delivered by the Greek Cypriot negotiator Menelaos Menelaou.
Also, a memorial prayer was held for the finding of the bones of the missing reserve lieutenant Panagiotis Panagiotou.
