Call for expressions of interest for renting a building for housing the Commercial Court and the Maritime Court in Limassol.
The Judicial Service, through the Ministry of Justice and Public Order, requests the submission of a declaration of interest by natural or legal persons who have a building for rent in Limassol, with a license to use as Offices, with a total area of 524 sq.m. with a deviation of ± 5%, and parking spaces, for the housing of the Commercial Court of the Limassol Department. The rental period is for a period of 5 years, with the right of extension for another 5 years, depending on the needs of the Judicial Service. The building will be designed by the owner according to the building plan of the Commercial Court and the Maritime Court, in a schedule to be agreed.

The last day for submitting the Declaration of Interest is March 21, 2022 at 12:00 pm, at the Tender Box of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order, 125 Athalassas Ave., Nicosia.
