The delisting of the securities of CTO Public Company Ltd (Regulated Market) was announced by the CSE.
Specifically, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announced that at the request of CTO Public Company Ltd, the Cyprus Stock Exchange Council decided to proceed with the delisting of the company's securities, based on Article 181 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Law and the “Directive CSE 01 of 2015 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission for the Deletion of Securities from the Cyprus Stock Exchange upon request of the Issuing Company – K.D.P. 392/2015 ».
It is reminded that for the company CTO Public Company Ltd the process of exercising the right of acquisition by the company Amerrossa Ltd. has been completed. The day of delisting of the company's securities is Monday, February 15, 2021.
It is noted that on the same date, the company's securities will be deleted from the Central Depository and Central Securities Register, in accordance with Article 19 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange (Central Depository and Central Securities Register) Law.
