The construction materials price index recorded an annual increase of 10.73%

In February, the price index for construction materials recorded an annual increase of 10.73%, as it reached 136.10 units (based on 2015=100), according to data published by the Statistical Service on Monday.

By main product category, increases were recorded in minerals by 26.23%, mineral products by 15.69%, wood, insulation, chemical and plastic products by 9.87%, electromechanical items by 7.85% and metal products by 3.97%.

Compared to January 2023, the index showed a slight increase of 0.06%.
