The list of UNESCO world heritage sites is long and every year the organization defines what these sites are and all the details with their details, where they are, when they were built, their value, how they were built , specific and distinct features and more detailed data. Creativity, intelligence, innovation and human appetite and will to stand out are important considerations for adding various buildings and structures to the list.
Many may have never thought about it, but all the buildings that we see around us and that stand out from others are essentially creations of the human mind and the fact that everything started with a thought and an idea that was shaped by time and the needs of man, was implemented. It is admirable that as modern people we have the opportunity to visit buildings that measure thousands of years of existence and maintenance and that testify to another, different era, testify to the timeless persistence of man to deeply desire to stand out, cooperation, solidarity and harmonious coexistence. Of course, many times these buildings also have the “dark” side of their history because many buildings that we admire today were created by people who worked under miserable conditions.
In short, below we give you a list of the countries that have the most UNESCO world heritage sites and that are symbols of attraction to admire, learn about and be transported to another, outdated but definitely defining era . And this is precisely the magic of history, in case some of you had misunderstood it even as a lesson. Let's list the list in ascending order:
Mexico
One of the most beautiful, culturally “rich” countries in the world while one gets lost in its expanse. It is a country that has a huge history behind it in all areas and is also a mystery for those who mainly live in countries much further away. The visit to the Ancient City of the Indigenous People of the Maya which one will find in a wooded area, very dense and fruitful. Many of its monuments belong to the UNESCO World Heritage List, 35 in particular, which makes perfect sense if you consider the thousands of years of civilization that lived in Mexico!
India

Mysterious country with a mysterious history that although it has become known, our visit there is a truly, worthwhile experience of a lifetime. Great and unique sights like the Taj Mahal are an inspiration for travelers, artists such as photographers or painters, historians, archaeologists and in general for lovers of cultures and history. Of course, there are also huge class differences in the country, and this element is also part of their daily life, that is, their culture. India counts a total of 38 monuments that belong to the UNESCO list and of course as we mentioned above, a trip and an exploration there is probably one of the most shocking travel experiences!

A perfectly reasonable choice and I don't think it surprises anyone. France is not just a country that currently has 45 different monuments in its cultural assets, but it also symbolizes a country that has played a huge role in the development of things that lead to today, from its colonies, to scientists and its philosophers, up to the women who changed the events and conditions for later women and of course its historical tradition. We are talking about impressive and imposing buildings, world-renowned museums and well-known and symbolic buildings that with a simple visit to Paris and its alleys one can be informed about a large number of monuments that have been there for thousands of years now. Nobility, elegance, culture and innovation want, can and coexist under the French cloak of history and culture!
Germany

In Germany one will find 46 different monuments belonging to the UNESCO list during this period. Many may be surprised to see Germany so high on the list of most world-famous monuments because they would expect other countries in its place. And yet, Germany maintains a rich tradition that hosted grandiose and ambitious architectural designs until their completion. The country fascinates everyone when they choose it as a destination for tourism, entertainment, relaxation, exploration and generally for a travel destination that can literally offer everything. Its culture has had an equally significant impact on today while the country's newer and modern history with the fall of the Berlin wall, the unification of the city, the subsequent boom and all the positives are among the beautiful elements of the country!
On the other hand, there are not a few who are surprised when they discover that Germany is so high on the organization's lists. This is quite unfair, since you should all know that it is a country that hosted important architectural movements such as the Bauhaus and on the other hand is rich in Gothic design monuments such as the church in the city of Aachen, which you also see in the photo. Finally, it offers all visitors a unique experience in relation to any European country, it fascinates everyone with its character which is unique and unrivaled. It is good to know that it is a very good choice for short trips, as you can find daily direct flights to some of its major cities.
Spain
Alluring, charming, incomparably interesting and so close to Mediterranean preferences. Spain as a country has numerous reasons to boast of its influence on a global scale and of course its cultural heritage to this day. The country is fantastically beautiful, its cities are modern, it is safe, it has a great language that most people like, its music industry is an inspiration to many, its entertainment industry is the same, its food is excellent, varied and famous, the people ” open”, handsome, “warm” and at the same time so Mediterranean that we love them. And now beyond all these linguistic ornaments dominates the fact that Spain lists 48 different monuments with the name of the great architect Antonio Gaudi appearing in the list of the founders of Spain today. A culture that remains unique and enviable over the centuries with a history one can only be proud of!
China
Perhaps one of the greatest and greatest civilizations ever created on earth. They are an inspiration and at the same time an example for many other cultures of the world. China has recorded 55 monuments and is at the top of our list today, while it is noteworthy that it shares this position with another great civilization that also has 55 monuments at its disposal and the whole world, which we will mention below . The Great Wall is just one of the many monuments worth seeing and admiring in the country when you visit it, while at the same time as a modern culture it intrigues just with the idea that it is so far from European countries and when you arrive it will fascinate you even more more the fact that it is very different from the West and the Western way of life. It is not a trip from London to Vienna and from Vienna to another classic European metropolis that is certainly worth seeing, and no reason for that, but things are not as different as in an Asian country. China is an inspiration in every form as it is one of the oldest civilizations in the world!
Italy
We have already reached the top of our list from the previous point. As we mentioned above, Italy shares the lead in this list with China as both countries have the same number of monuments, with 55 different monuments belonging to the UNESCO world heritage. Initially, Italy was in first place until China caught up. Italian cities such as the unreal Rome and the brilliant Florence have imposing and perfectly symmetrical buildings that one will not easily find anywhere else or some replica. Its churches are impressive as buildings while its world, food, entertainment, fashion, car, food industries are familiar and well-known throughout the world, elements of course that do not count particularly in our current classification but certainly stand out. The unpretentious beauty of Italy is certainly something we all see but there has never been another country with so many world heritage monuments and this says a lot about the character of the country and above all the culture and culture that accompany it!
