The Cyprus Stock Exchange recorded an increase on Holy Wednesday, with the General Index closing at 107.67 points, registering gains of 0.53%.

As regards the individual indices, the Investment Companies recorded a decrease of 4.50% closing at 1,028.62 points and the Alternative Market by 0. 16%, closing at 1,075.69 units. On the contrary, the Main Market rose by 0.57% closing at 77.74 units and Hotels by 0.36% closing at 927.24 units.

The greatest investment interest was attracted by the securities of Hellenic Bank with €48,686.83 (up 3.03% – closing price €1.70) and Bank of Cyprus with €31,161.91 (up 0.78% – closing price €2, 57). The shares of Dimitra Investments followed with €14,383.40 (fall 4.72% – closing price €0.505), Louis with €4,317.54 (fall 7.60% – closing price €0.092), and Frou-Frou with €2,537.20 (up 1.49% – closing price €0.272).

Of the traded shares, 7 moved up, 2 down and 2 remained unchanged. Transactions totaled 129.

Besides, the CSE announces the continuation of the trading suspension of the securities of the company Eichmi SA. Investment Advisors (NEW Market). This decision was taken in accordance with Article 183 of the Law on Securities and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, as long as the reason that imposes the continuation of the suspension of trading of the company's securities still exists, due to the non-issue and publication of its Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period expired 6/30/2022.

The continuation of the trading suspension will be effective from April 20, 2023. It is noted that the trading suspension will last for 2 months (ie until June 20, 2023) or earlier if the company complies with its outstanding continuing obligation.

< p>Furthermore, the CSE announces the continuation of the suspension of trading of the securities of Pandora Consultancy Services Plc (NEW Market), for an additional two (2) months, i.e. until June 12, 2023.

This decision was taken in accordance with Article 185 of the Law on Securities and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, as long as the reasons that impose the continuation of the suspension of trading of the securities of the said company, due to non-observance of the obligation for Clearing Agency services, non-issue and publication of its Annual Financial Report for the year ending on 12/31/2021, and not issuing and publishing its Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ending on 6/30/2022.

It is understood that if during the trading suspension the company complies with the above continuous obligations, then the trading suspension will be lifted.

Finally, the CSE announces that the securities of the listed company A.J. Green Shell Plc, which are traded on the NEW Market of the CSE, will continue to be presented with the symbol (S) in the trading tables and price lists, due to the announcement of this company (dated 10/4/2023), regarding the decision of the Extraordinary of the General Meeting that took place on 7/4/2023, for the reverse acquisition of Liberton Tech Investment by A.J. Green Shell Plc.

This decision of the Stock Exchange was taken on the basis of provision 2.2.6A(g) of the CPC 379/2014 (as amended).

It is clarified that the Council will proceed in removing the marking (S) from the trading tables and the price lists from the securities of this listed company, when it finds that the reasons that led to the presentation of the marking will have disappeared.
