The FTSE/CySE 20 Index showed losses 0.23%, closing at 70.89 points. The daily turnover amounted to €213,865, of which pre-agreed transactions in Blue Island PLC securities worth €45,000.
Of the individual stock indices, only the Investments sector moved upwards, showing gains of 0.89%. Losses were recorded by Hotels with 1%, the Alternative Market with 0.65% and the Main Market with 0.12%.
The Bank of Cyprus securities attracted the most investment interest with €79,760 (no change – closing price 2.99). The shares of Blue Island Plc followed with €45,000 (no change – closing price €0.91), Logicom Public Ltd with €22,609 (up 1.80% – closing price €2.18), Hellenic Bank with €22,576 (no change – closing price €1.93) and KEO PLC with €9,432 (no change – closing price 1.52).
Of the shares traded, five moved up, eight down and seven remained unchanged. Transactions amounted to 137.
