The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (EKK) as a sign of recognition and appreciation for the human resources of the organization, in the context of the cutting of the king cake for 2024, presented awards to three members of its staff.
The awards concerned three categories: “Unseen hero”, “Source of inspiration” and “Innovation”.
For the award-winning process, the YKK employees to be nominated by their colleagues themselves, explaining at the same time the reasons why they consider that the nominees present characteristics in the three categories.
The “Unsung hero” award was awarded to the Assistant Secretarial Officer, Lina Constantinou, the  ; “Source of inspiration” award to the Superior Officer, Irini Pidia Spyrou and the “Innovation” award to the Officer, Panagiotis Tryphonos.
The President of YKK, Dr. Giorgos Theocharidis, said: “The enthusiastic participation of the staff in the awarding process demonstrated the teamwork that goes on at YKK. Building a positive work culture and a sense of individual responsibility is a key priority for EKK.
