Regarding the payment due to surplus, the applications submitted in August – September 2020 are examined and it is noted that, there is a number of applications submitted before the above date for which the examination can not be completed because the employers do not have even sent the requested information.
For sickness benefit, the applications received until 16/07/2021, for disability pension, the received applications June – July 2021, provided that they have been sent to a Medical Council and for disability pension, the applications received March – April 2021, provided that they have been sent to a Medical Council.
For bodily injury allowance, the received applications are examined September 2021, for Secondary Medical Council the hierarchical appeals November – December 2020 and for Institutional pension the received applications whose applicants acquire the right April – May 2021.
With regard to the Social Pension, the received applications for which the applicants are entitled April – May 2021 and for the widow's Pension for the cases where the deceased spouse did not receive a statutory pension, the received applications for June 2021 are examined.
For cases where the deceased spouse received a statutory pension, the applications received in June 2021 and the applications received by male applicants in 2020 and 2021 are examined.
For Funeral Allowance for the cases where the deceased received a widow's pension, the received applications are examined August – September 2021, while for the cases where the deceased received a statutory pension, he did not have a spouse and the request for a funeral allowance comes from from another person who undertook the funeral expenses, the received applications are examined August – September 2021.
For the cases in which the deceased received a social pension, the received applications of July 2021 are examined.
For other cases (eg the deceased was / was not retired and had a spouse, the deceased was not retired and did not have a spouse, the deceased was a young person, unmarried, and the application comes from the parent or his / her siblings, the deceased was missing) the received applications are examined August – September 2021.
For Orphan Allowance: the applications received July – August 2021 are examined, for Maternity Allowance, the applications received September 2021 and for Maternity Allowance for first payment the applications received until 20/08/2021 are examined while for continuous payments applications for which have provide the necessary information (eg birth certificate) received in August 2021.
In terms of paternity allowance, applications received in September 2021 are examined.
Applications paid under bilateral agreements and European Union Regulation 883/04 shall be considered for applications for statutory pension for which replies have been received in respect of details, certificates and insurance accounts from other institutions, for applicants with a date of birth in 1955–1958.
The applications received in October 2021 for disability pension, the applications received in October 2021 for widow's pension for which answers regarding data, certificates and insurance accounts have been received from other bodies.
Regarding the orphan allowance, the applications received in May 2020 are examined, for which responses have been received regarding data, certificates and insurance accounts from other institutions.
In relation to criminal cases, it is reported that in August 2021 (latest data) 1199 criminal cases were pending, of which 747 concerned employers and 452 concerned self-employed.
