Now the Deputy Ministry of Shipping is housed in three different buildings, which, according to the Deputy Minister, creates operational as well as practical problems. “Our aim is to create a suitable working environment at all levels that allows everyone to perform better and will offer quality service to the shipping industry and to the staff,” he pointed out. “As a first stage, intensive efforts are currently being made to find a suitable site on government land so that the design and construction processes of a new and modern building can proceed. I believe that very soon the decision on the space will be formalized and we will be able to announce it”, he said.
