In search of space to house its Central Service, the Deputy Ministry of Tourism is requesting the submission of Expressions of Interest from legal or natural persons who have office space for rent in the Municipalities of Aglantzia, Latsia and Strovolos. The new office space will house approximately 140 employees.

The conditions

According to a relevant announcement, the office space should have a total area of ​​3700 sq.m. approximately with a deviation of +15%, for housing the Central Service of the Deputy Ministry for a period of 5 years with the right of extension by the Tenant for another two periods of 2 years each.

The building, in which the office is located space, must have been erected after the year 2000.

The office space must be ready for delivery by December 2023 at the latest, after any modifications that may be requested have been made to it, so that it can be configured based on the needs of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism and the requirements of the government agencies involved.

The Expression of Interest must be in printed form, addressed to the Deputy General Director of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism and placed in the offer box of the Deputy Ministry, which is located on the 4th floor of the headquarters of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism at Limassol Avenue no. 19, 2112, Aglantzia, Nicosia, no later than June 30, 2023 at 12:00.

It is noted that the pre-selected office space will be inspected by all relevant Government Services (Police, Fire Brigade, National Security Authority, Labor Inspection Department, Public Works Department and Electromechanical Services Department) which may indicate modifications to it (office space) so that the latter can be properly configured based on the legislation and the needs of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.

The resulting costs for the modifications will be borne exclusively by the Owner. The modifications in question must be completed within a schedule that will be agreed upon and which will not extend beyond the month of December 2023. In addition, the Owner will bear all maintenance costs of the building throughout the duration of its rental by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.

The building in which the proposed office space is located must be handicap accessible and have an elevator.

The office space must have air conditioning/heating and structured wiring. cabling) for the purpose of operating computer communication networks. It should also be possible to install such wiring in all workplaces, i.e. all the necessary electromechanical installations.

The building, in which the office space is located, must also have a sufficient number of parking spaces, of of which thirty-five (35) will be allocated for the needs of the employees who will be housed in the office space.
