The managing director of the Ayia Napa marina, Stavros Karamontanis, described the handover of the eastern tower of the marina to the owners of the apartments as a historic moment, both for investors and for all Cypriots.
On the occasion of today's press conference (18/10) on this specific event, he told DIASPORA NEWS that this project is a jewel, both for Cyprus and for the Eastern Mediterranean, stressing that “as Cypriots we should be proud, because it is a project, which is hosted by our country and puts the whole of Cyprus on the international map of marinas”.
Mr. Karamontanis noted that the eastern one consists of 26 floors, with 95 apartments, while the deliveries of the apartments to the owners have already started.
The tower also includes a gym, spa and the lobbies, which can tenants use, to receive as many services as they wish.

In relation to the western tower, which is identical in design to the eastern one, he said that it is currently being redesigned so that at the end of 2024 – beginning of 2025 construction work will begin. He mentioned that his foundation work has been completed and they are currently doing the necessary studies.
