Perched above the snow-covered tree line in Courchevel's prestigious Jardin Alpin district, Les Airelles Courchevel stands as a luxurious haven, combining 19th-century Austro-Hungarian opulence with French authenticity. The iconic property, designed by architect and interior designer Christophe Tollemer, offers a luxurious alpine experience at the edge of the 1850 Courchevel ski faithful.
Les Airelles, a snow palace in Courchevel
With 48 rooms, including 15 suites and a stunning private apartment of 500 sq.m. on the fourth floor, Les Airelles Courchevel combines warmth and sophistication to create an unforgettable retreat. Modern Savoy-style chalets further enhance the property, providing a true mountain retreat.
However, what sets Les Airelles Courchevel apart is its commitment to generosity and high attention to detail. Whether it's the distinctive hand-painted facade, renewed every year, or the attentive service that creates an intimate atmosphere, the hotel stands out. Door-to-door ski access to the famous Trois Vallées means you can make the most of this exceptional setting.
Cédric Grolet and Les Airelles, made in dessert heaven
Recently, Les Airelles Courchevel partnered with acclaimed French pastry chef Cédric Grolet, marking his inaugural residency in the Alps. Grolet, with 9.2 million followers on Instagram and one of the world's best pastry chefs, oversees the property's viennoiseries, pastries and desserts, including the legendary dessert table at La Table des Airelles restaurant. With a focus on fruit-centric creations and reinterpretations of traditional French desserts, Grolet is committed to bringing a modern twist to the property's culinary experience.
Grolet credits the hotel's impeccable hospitality and excellent team for the success of the partnership, stressing that “Enjoying a dessert is closely linked to the presence of friendly people.” He adds, “The confectionery experience reaches its peak when guests receive a warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel.”
Adding to the culinary excellence, executive chef Adrien Trouilloud recently joined Les Airelles, overseeing the property's four restaurants. La Table des Airelles offers rich breakfast and lunch buffets and elegant evening dinners, while Le Coin Savoyard serves regional cuisine. Palladio, an Italian restaurant, and La Table des Grands Crus, a private dining experience in an impressive wine cellar, further enrich the dining options.
Les Airelles Courchevel is full of winter delights and benefits
Les Airelles Courchevel is not just a haven for foodies. It also houses La Mer Spa, a haven for pampering, with unique cryotherapy treatments, a snow cave, bubbling waterfalls and showers to awaken our senses. In addition, it includes a hammam, a jacuzzi heated to 40 degrees and a luxurious blue swimming pool. Fitness enthusiasts can explore its three valleys for an exciting workout.
The resort's entertainment offerings are as diverse as the surrounding landscape, with VIP ski experiences, Courchevel slopes, ski tours, Nordic skiing, night sledding, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, baking classes, heliskiing and musical evenings. Complementing these experiences, the hotel's ski room, BO by Bernard Orcel, provides access to renowned brands of ready-to-wear, premium gear and exclusive accessories.
The new Jacquemus Boutique is located in the luxury resort
In addition to the ski area, this resort includes Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star luxury hotels, and an amusement park. In addition, it welcomed the first Jacquemus boutique. Entitled “Les vacances au ski de Jacquemus”, the winter showcase is inspired by the house's Parisian boutique on Avenue Montaigne and combines elements of it with the characteristic aesthetics of a Mountain Shop.

On the outside, the building welcomes visitors with a wall-mounted shelf that houses virtual snowboards. The interior of the boutique, dominated by white, creates an atmosphere resembling a hug of snow, while luxurious accessories, with the Le Bambino bag taking center stage, shine in their displays. The store also offers pieces from the house's ready-to-wear collection.
