The Cyprus Electricity Authority informs consumers about the opening hours of offices and Customer Service Centers, the festive period of Christmas and New Year.
On Thursday, December 23, 2021 and on Friday, December 31, 2021, the EAC KEP will serve the public until 12:45 p.m. The regional offices of the EAC will operate normally until 2:15 p.m.
On Friday, December 24, 2021 and Thursday, January 6, 2022, the Regional Offices and Service Centers will remain closed.
The Organization reminds you of the possibilities of electronic payment of bills, from the comfort and security of your space, in the following ways:
• Online using a credit or debit card
• Through the EAC website www.eac.com.cy
• Through the free mobile application EAC Mobile App
• Through the websites of banking institutions
• Through telephone communication with the KEP
Also, applications for new customers, connections, disconnections and transfers, can be made via e-mail or fax.
