<p data-block-key=The foundation stone for a new health center in occupied Kythrea was laid yesterday, Wednesday.

According to the GTP, the Turkish press reports today that in his speech during the ceremony, the “prime minister” Unal Ustel mentioned that after the “disaster of the century”, as he called the earthquake that hit Turkey in 2023, the public buildings of the “country” underwent seismic tests and buildings at risk were demolished or strengthened.

He noted that the health center in occupied Kythrea was demolished because it was not was anti-seismic and stated that 2024 will be the year of service to young people and will enable them to create businesses “with social housing, agricultural projects and support loans for young people”.

He also stated that the military hospital and the new Aksitsek hospital in Kyrenia will be operational by the end of the year, while the health centers in Varosi, Tavros village and other areas in need will be improved and provide more comfortable and reliable health services.

He added that the company that will build the health center in Kythrea will try to complete the project in a shorter time than the allotted time of 8 months.
