The President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, is making an official visit to Cyprus today.
This is the first visit he is making German President in Cyprus since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
From early in the morning he will hold a meeting with the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulidis, while later the two are expected they are expected to visit the Nicosia City Hall and the old town where they will walk along the green line.
