The Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) implements a comprehensive process of planning and reporting of its activities. In this context, the Strategic Plan for the three years 2022-2024 has been prepared, which presents the objectives of the HRDA, which are linked to the Budget in the Base of Activities.
The strategic planning process includes the definition of the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of the Organization, through the analysis of the external and internal environment.
The strategic aspirations of the HRDA for the three years 2022-2024 are the following:
Upgrading the human resources of the place with the continuous and lifelong learning of the employed, the unemployed and the inactive potential, with emphasis on the young, the older and low-skilled people and the long-term unemployed. Improving productivity, strengthening competitiveness and developing the resilience of Cypriot companies through improving adaptability and better utilization of their human resources. Enhancing the quality assurance and effectiveness of the training and human resource development system through the evaluation and certification of the training provided, the strengthening of control systems and procedures, as well as the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications of the local human resources.
