The Iacovides Tower, a well-known property in Agioi Omologites, was sold.
APS announced the completion of the sale of one of the large properties it had in its portfolio to be managed. It is a station tower in Nicosia, the 'Iacovides Tower' which is located on a main road in Agioi Omologites, Nicosia.
This seven-storey building has a total covered area of 2356 sq.m. The total area for the two basements is 2800 sq.m. and the ground floor is 740 sq.m. The first floor is 965 sq.m., the second 750 sq.m., the third 466 sq.m. and the other floors of about 300 sq.m. each one. The common areas with a total area of 877 sq.m. come to embrace and complete the image of the building. Maintenance improvements have recently been made to the building and two of the floors have been completely renovated.
The tenants housed in the building are mainly companies and government authorities. This building is considered a profitable investment as it offers high return to the new owner.
