Disproves rumors about the withdrawal of the Metropolitan of Kyrenia, Mr. Chrysostomou, from the electoral process for the Archbishop's Throne, the Holy Metropolis of Kyrenia, with its announcement.

The Metropolis characterizes the rumors as “completely non-existent news” and underlines that the Metropolitan of Kyrenia Mr. Chrysostomos is not withdrawing from the electoral process.
He also informs that the only source, which is valid regarding the issue of the electoral process and the participation of His Holiness in it, is the Metropolitan of Kyrenia himself or the Holy Metropolis of Kyrenia.
Finally, the Metropolis states in the statement that “none of the mass media, which published the non-existent news, which ultimately misleads the world , they did not come into contact with either the Metropolitan of Kyrenia or the Holy Metropolis of Kyrenia”.
