According to information , the Metropolitan of Tamasos will announce his candidacy at an event that will take place on Saturday evening at 5:30 pm, at the Press Center in Nicosia.
It is worth noting that the Archdiocesan elections will be held on December 18 .
All Orthodox Christians of Cyprus over the age of 18, who have resided permanently in Cyprus for at least one year and are registered in the electoral roll for the election of an Archbishop, have the right to vote.
