Bank of Cyprus is once again a pioneer in terms of design and technological upgrades.
A new model branch has been inaugurated by Bank of Cyprus, which meets the needs of the customer of the modern era, introducing innovative solutions in the Cypriot banking system, both in terms of interior design and in terms of services provided.
The design of the new store stands out immediately, as it follows a new, fresher and minimal design approach, transferring directly to the customer the professionalism that governs the entire Organization. In addition to the modern look, the store stands out for the innovative services it offers.
Specifically, at the entrance of the branch there is a reception area with controlled access, which operates 24 hours a day for uninterrupted and discreet service to the business and not only, customers of the Bank. In the area there are three machines for transactions carried out by businesses and four machines that serve the needs of individuals.
At the same time, there is a “Meet and Greed” point throughout the operation of the store, where specialized staff of the Bank welcomes customers and guides them according to the service needs they have or to resolve any questions. But the innovations do not stop here. This is the Bank's first branch, which has specially designed conference rooms for face-to-face meetings with customers. In this way, more convenience is offered to both the customer and the Bank staff, to chat and exchange views and data.
In addition, following the latest technological trends, in the new store all cash transactions will be confirmed by electronic signature on a pad instead of the traditional signature on paper. This is a development, which falls within the framework of the effort for paperless operation and further strengthening of the environmental footprint promoted by the Bank.
At Bank of Cyprus, the modernization process continues intensively, with special emphasis on the individual needs of its customers, combining the latest technology with personal approach and service.
The new branch is located on the main road of the capital but at the same time has easy access and parking for the Bank's customers. Specifically, it is located along Joseph X'Iosif Avenue in Strovolos.

Services: Counting the value of coins and issuing a special deposit receipt and then automatic deposit in an account that will be registered by the customer on the machine.
