The Municipality of Paphos accepts applications for renting rooms in the Student Residence of the Municipality of Paphos to University and College students within the municipal limits of Paphos for €550 per month.
In an announcement by the Municipality, it is stated that it is accepting applications for the rental of a limited number of rooms in the Student Residence of the Municipality for the academic year 2024-2025, to students of institutions located in the municipality of Paphos, with the exception of TEPAK students.
“This arrangement aims to strengthen the academic institutions based in Paphos and support the students who choose our city for their studies,” it added.
The rooms in the Student Residence are fully equipped and provide the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
As reported, the monthly rent for the academic year 2024-2025 has been set at €550 and the rental period for the upcoming academic year is 11 months, i.e. from October 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.
< p>The initiative of the Municipality of Paphos for the construction and operation – management of the Student Residence is part of the ongoing effort of the Municipality to provide infrastructure and housing opportunities that meet the needs of students, thus contributing to the smooth development of their academic course.
