KEDIPES, following its previous announcements about the need to reduce the number of staff of the Company and the last announcement dated March 4, 2022, has announced today to the staff a new Voluntary Retirement Plan (SOP) ).
The 2022 EPA enters into force on March 17, 2022 and expires on March 24, 2022.
The EPA has been announced on the same terms as in the 2021 Plan. ensure the relevant approval by the Tax Officer on the tax-free compensation.
The Plan provides for the following:
• Maximum tax-free amount of € 180,000 and minimum amount of € 35,000 depending on years of service, age and earnings.
• The staff members selected by the SEN, in addition to the financial compensation, will continue to receive the benefits of Life Insurance equal to 60 monthly gross salaries, participation in the Health Fund and participation in the Welfare Fund, for an additional period of 24 months after leaving KEDIPES or until finding another job or until reaching the age of 65.
• All permanent employees of KEDIPES are eligible for the SEN.
According to the data of the recent expert study The goal is the departure of 60 people as the Company is currently staffed with 360 employees, a number which is considered large in relation to its workload.
