On Tuesday, July 19, AEK will give its first European exams. UEFA announced that the first match against Midtjylland in the 2nd qualifying phase of the Champions League will be held on July 19, at 19.45 local time (20.45 Cyprus time), at the MCH Arena, home of the Danish team. Due to the great interest of the people to travel and support their team in the first European game of the year, the management of Andros Karapatakis announced that it is making efforts to ensure the transition to Denmark by chartered flight. Once this is finalized there will be an update with all the details.
Meanwhile, the team's training continues under the guidance of Jose Luis Oltra, which includes all three new transfer acquisitions of the team, Sanjurgo, Casas and Piric. This week will be the official presentation of the new coach of AEK, while an afternoon training will be arranged that will be open to the world. AEK's mission leaves for Hungary where it will carry out the main stage of its preparation on Sunday, June 26. It will stay there for ten days.
