The points for free Rapit test for Sunday, February 7th

Employees of companies / industries that are reactivated on February 8th will have to undergo a rapid antigen test by tomorrow, February 7th, before returning to their workplace. In this context, the pan-Cypriot program of free control with rapid antigen test of the Ministry of Health is underway, which aims to ensure the safe and smooth reopening of businesses.

In order to be able to control all the employees who will return to their workplace on Monday, the employees have been grouped alphabetically based on their last name , as follows:

Those employees who did not come for an examination in the previous days are invited to do so tomorrow, since a condition for returning to work is the presentation of a negative result of a rapid test .

The control program of the employees is carried out at the same time as the control program of the general population . For the best service of all citizens, on Sunday, February 7 , the sampling units are strengthened and increased to 62 in all Provinces and in extended hours . It is noted that at the same sampling points, employees in companies / public and wider public sector can also undergo a rapid test, in order to ensure the mandatory weekly rapid antigen test of staff as follows:

  • Businesses / services that employ up to 3 people, the audit should be done on all employees.
  • Companies / services employing from 4 to 10 people, the audit should be done on at least 4 employees.
  • Businesses / services that employ more than 11 people, the audit should be done on at least 4 people or 20% of employees, whichever is larger in number.
