The Republic of Cyprus responded with two anti-Navtexs on Friday to two Navtexs issued by Turkey, which blocked areas off the gulf of Famagusta and around the Cape of Apostle Andreas for military exercises in November.
In a post on its website, the Search and Rescue Coordination Center (KSED), characterizes the two Navtex of Turkey as illegal because they violate the territorial waters of the Republic.
At the same time, the Republic of Cyprus issued two anti-Navtex annulments of the two Navtex of Turkey, stating that they violate the sovereignty and sovereign rights of the Republic.
