<p>In the decision not to take any form of reaction for the time being to the new decree, dated July 8, 2024, on the minimum quotas of goat's and sheep's milk in the production of PDO halloumi, concluded, good faith , the Coordinating Committee of goat and sheep breeders.</p>

<p>“This decree will be implemented for one year and then we expect it to come into force new decree until 2029 with a percentage increase in the participation of goat and sheep milk for the preparation of halloumi by 5% per year”, they add.</p>
