A new three star hotel with the name SOLE & MARE is expected to be built in Paralimni.
Based on what was submitted to the environmental authority, the hotel will be built on 10,857 sq.m .. in Paralimni.
The new hotel will have 120 rooms, restaurant, bar, offices, multipurpose room, swimming pool and 54 underground parking spaces.
The building based on the submitted architectural plans should not exceed 3 floors.
