The start of submitting the 2022 Personal Income Statement through the TaxisNet system (address https://taxisnet.mof. gov.cy), the Taxation Department of the Ministry of Finance announced on Saturday, stating at the same time that the last date for the timely submission of the 2022 Personal Income Statement and payment of the tax due is October 2, 2023 (KDP183/2023).
In a statement, the Department states that “based on the Decree of the Council of Ministers (KDP 373/2022). The obligation to submit a Personal Income Declaration for the year 2022 is for Employees, Retired and Self-Employed whose gross total income for the year 2022 exceeds the amount of 19,500 euros”.
Necessary condition for the submission of the Declaration, is the online registration in the TaxisNet – Direct Tax system, he adds.
The Taxation Department states that on its website www.mof.gov.cy/tax useful information material for completing and submitting the Declaration has been posted, under the icon “TAXISnet – Individual Income Declaration 2022”.
Obligation to submit Individual Income Declaration 2022 is for Employees, Pensioners and Self-employed, whose gross total income for the year 2022 is greater than 19,500 euros.
