The Supreme Court acquitted the 19-year-old British woman who recently denounced her gang rape by Israelis in Cyprus.
According to the first information, the Supreme Court in its decision states that the 19-year-old British woman did not have a fair trial.
It is recalled that the legal defense of the 19-year-old British woman had filed an appeal in the Supreme Court on 16/1/2020 against the decision of the court of first instance that found the girl guilty of “public harm” and decided to impose a 4-month sentence with a three-year suspension.
