The gunman suspected of killing ten people in Monterey Park, in suburban Los Angeles, on Saturday night has been surrounded by police, according to local media showing live images by helicopter.
A white pickup truck believed to contain the suspect has been blocked in front and behind by armored police vehicles in the city of Torrance, south of Los Angeles, just over 40 km from Monterey Park, the city of which the majority of residents are of Asian origin, and where the shooting attack took place in a dance hall.
