SIGMA brought back to the public light the disappearance of Maria Kakogiannis on April 11, 2012 on the occasion of the bomb attack on her car in the early hours of Tuesday 25/4.
It is recalled that on April 11, 2012, On Maundy Wednesday, the then 39-year-old track and field athlete, Maria Kakogianni was partying with her mother at her house in Agios Ioannis in Limassol and then left without saying where she was going. The neighbor of the missing woman saw her around 4 pm getting into her car, a red jeep, which was later found abandoned in the area of ​​Lady’s Mile in Limassol.
