Andri Violari of Nea Salamina/Pyrgos was named MVP of the Women's Championship of the 2021/22 season, at the “PASP BEST11 WOMEN'S AWARDS 2021/22” awards organized by the Pancyprian Football Association (PASP)! The international Cypriot football player received the most votes of her teammates (69%), in the vote that “ran” the previous days.
This year's awards were presented for the second season on a live television broadcast by Capital TV, on the night of Tuesday 13 April 2021 as part of the Capital Sports show. These were the seventh awards of women's football, since they are organized by PA.SP. from the 2014/15 season and this year had the valuable support of the restaurant Buffalo Wings & amp; Rings in Limassol.
In addition to the MVP, the top eleven, the best coach and the finalists were announced, in a show dedicated exclusively to Women's Football, presented by journalist Poly Charalambous. The top players of the season were chosen through their votes by the football players themselves, in a special ballot paper in which players from the opposing teams voted.
The top coach of the 2021/22 season was Laurent Fassotte of the Apollon Ladies, who led the Limassol team to win the double.
