The issue of surplus staff in KEDIPES and Altamira is raised out of discussion by the PASEV PEO – OYK SEC unions.
At the same time, as they state in their announcement, “regarding the placements in the payroll scales of the former SKT, there remains a number of those who objected where we still have disagreement. We have also informed KEDIPES in writing and if in a period of fifteen days there are no positive developments then a labor dispute will be created before the Ministry of Labor “.

The process of SEA was completed, which as it was known had been proposed by KEDIPES to both the colleagues who work at KEDIPES and the colleagues who were transferred to ALTAMIRA, as well as the compensation plan for non-return to KEDIPES for the transferred colleagues to ALTA.
It is absolutely respectful of any decision made by the staff in very difficult circumstances.

The plans were voluntary and the decision of each colleague was purely personal based on his own data, which should be fully respected by the management of KEDIPES and ALTAMIRA.
The result is under the conditions quite good on which we can build for the future. Our Guilds do not discuss the issue of surplus.
At the same time, we are ready for a dialogue in search of solutions that will ensure the continuation of the employment of colleagues who decided to remain in KEDIPES with all their benefits and rights guaranteed as provided by the agreements signed by our unions PEO and SEK.
The colleagues who have chosen to stay in ALTAMIRA will continue with all their benefits and rights deriving from the agreements signed by our Guilds PEO and SEK with ALTAMIRA.
