The people's verdict must be respected, Metropolitan Athanasios of Limassol said tonight. Asked whether the opinion of the people should be taken into account for the election of the new Archbishop, the Metropolitan of Limassol Athanasios underlined that "The verdict of our people must be respected in order to have the power to participate in electoral procedures.
